Operational for both 2G and 3G networks, its 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM is supported by a memory card expansion slot that can handle up to 8GB capacity cards using the microSD format. Featuring a QWERTY keyboard, the iPAQ allows the user to send almost every type of message from SMS to IM. The 3.15MP primary camera comes with an autofocus function and has a built-in LED flash.
