Powered by a 528MHz processor that runs the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Operating System, the Samsung i637 (Jack) is tailor fitted with various software packages like Windows Media Player 10, Adobe Flash Lite, AOL, Yahoo!, Windows Live, Microsoft Outlook Mobile, and Pocket Office. Capable of operating in both 2G and 3G (HSDPA) networks, it was touted to hit the mobile phone market by May of 2009. Input of data is made easy with its QWERTY design keyboard and 2.4-inch screen that has a 320 by 240 pixel display. The 256MB ROM and 256MB RAM can be “jacked” up to 16GB by inserting a microSD type memory card into its expansion slot.
